Ka\u017edop\u00e1dne, a\u017e po dobu nesplatenia celkovej \u010diastky nehnute\u013enos\u0165 patr\u00ed banke a m\u00f4\u017ee v\u00e1s aj po 10 rokoch o nehnute\u013enos\u0165 pripravi\u0165, ak neplat\u00edte spl\u00e1tky. Navy\u0161e po 20 rokoch preplat\u00edte nieko\u013eko tis\u00edc eur z \u00farokov plyn\u00facich s hypot\u00e9ky a \u00faveru.
